Pricing model: Prompt Crunch charges a percentage of your token savings. If we don't save you money, you pay nothing.
We do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
To provide the optimization service, your API request content (including conversation messages) is processed transiently through our system and through Anthropic's API (for optimization purposes). This content is:

Prompt Crunch owns all rights to the Service, including our optimization technology, algorithms, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of all content you process through the Service.
You grant Prompt Crunch a limited license to process your content solely as needed to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control (including upstream provider outages).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Crunch's total liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Prompt Crunch in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Prompt Crunch be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: lost profits, lost data, cost of replacement services, or damages arising from upstream provider outages or AI model outputs.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prompt Crunch from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Service, or violation of your AI provider's terms of service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
